Team meeting: overview of the day, focus & launch
3 Hours of work with local partner New Virginia Majority
(1-2 fun events, TBD)
LUNCH
Team lunch at local restaurant
3 Hours of work with New Virginia Majority in new neighborhood
EVENING*
Team meeting: debrief, experience round-table, learnings
Team lunch at local restaurant (or surprise Richmond partner…)
Party (if we have energy)!
*Depending on timing, we may take a morning or evening to take in a museum or local event

There’s a real cost to doing this kind of work across the country, and we need your help in covering some of it. Our goal for this Virginia “friends and family trip” is to have as many of you as possible join us this fall.

Our organization is built on a mission to foster, support and amplify a democracy that is just and inclusive. We do this by providing creative on-ramps to civic fieldwork, expanding the people engaging in and benefiting from it, and sustaining this effort by investing in the next generation of leaders. Those are a lot of fancy words, but at the end of the day the most important thing we do is support voting where it matters most.
